One
day I went to Rita’s house to visit a friend. I heard some bad news that an
elderly man had died. I though it was a joke at first but then I thought who
would make a joke like that? I felt sad about what had happened but also glad
because I know he’s in a better place now. Later on that day I went across the
street to his house with Max, Erin, Rita and Michelle. We sat on the porch and
steps for a while. I thought of what he could be right now – an animal, a girl
or a boy. Then other people joined thinking of what he could be. I grabbed a
rock to remember him, so did Max and Erin. When I got home I put it on the alter
in my mom’s room. A couple days later I was dancing to music and it moved. At
first I was a bit scared but then I knew it was a sign that he was happy with
what I did. And I think he met his wife there, too. And when I say there I mean
the Spirit World.
